We all have a life narrative; some experiences are easy to understand, while others we may try to reject or avoid. Our narrative can be unfairly written with past emotional pain and we’re left to shoulder the burden of these experiences, which may manifest as anxiety, depression, grief, anger, etc. Each of these experiences are part of your greater story, linking from one to another, all of which has shaped you to be the person you are today. The process of self-exploration, change, and healing from these experiences is challenging, highlighting the importance of finding the right therapist for you.
My goal as your psychotherapist is straightforward: to offer you space to collaboratively change the present narrative by healing your emotional pain, in a therapeutic relationship that’s built on warmth, trust, and safety.
